How to use
Clean lashes and, being careful not to get into eyes, apply to base of lashes as if drawing eyeliner (root care).
Next, apply to the entire lash line (cuticle care). Use twice daily, morning and evening.
At the beginning of use, knock the back of the brush several times until the liquid penetrates the brush tip.
