About the Developer

Tomohiro Shirasawa, M.D., Ph.

His research area of expertise is the mw-zone (the area around the eyes) and hair, with a special focus on eyelashes, and he is known as “Dr. Eyelash”.
He has made many presentations domestically and internationally on “eyelash transplantation” and “Permanent makeup”, and is constantly developing products such as Mu-Lash that lead the world’s aesthetic medicine.

career

In 1982, she graduated from the Yamano Beauty Academy, and gained experience in hair and skin care at famous salons in Japan and abroad.
After graduating from the Gunma University School of Medicine in 1991, he studied plastic surgery at Juntendo University, where he obtained his M.D. and Japanese Society of Plastic Surgery certification.
In 2000, Dr. Tomme and Dr. Tomme Institute of Aesthetic Medicine were established.
In August 2000, Dr. TOHM Inc. and Dr. TOHM Institute of Aesthetic Medicine were established.
The HS Clinic was opened in October 2000.
Dr. TOHM in Aoyama was opened in March 2005.
In February 2008, he established the NPO Japan Permanent makeup Association and assumed the position of President.

Currently, he is the director of the HS Clinic.
He specializes in the periphery of the eyes (MW zone) and hair, and has presented at many national and international conferences, especially on “Permanent makeup,” “Eyelashes,” and “Eyelash Transplantation,” where he has been called “Dr. Eyelash.
In the field of Permanent makeup, I love Permanent makeup as a doctor and a beautician, and I am performing my own original treatment.
In addition, as the chairman of the NPO Nihon Permanent makeup Association, he is making an effort to establish the Permanent makeup in Japan.
He established the NPO Nihon Kosuke Kyokai, and has been advocating and acting with the soundness of the Permanent makeup in Japan and the qualification examination in mind.
